Crustless Quiche
Packed with protein and super versatile!
Ingredients
- 6-7 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream!)
- 1-2 cups spinach or mushrooms or turkey bacon
- 3/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- lightly sauté veggies/ bacon in butter and garlic
- meanwhile in a separate bowl whisk eggs and heavy cream well
- add veggies to bottom of a greased pie plate or 8x8 baking dish
- add a layer of cheese
- pour egg mixture over top.
- bake 35-45 minutes at 375°F. until cooked through
